Too much UI, give more of my screen back

The UI has a clutter problem when you are not interacting with objects. Things like the season and bottom right corner information is not necessary to be on the screen but rather in an inventory sub menu instead. I also feel like the scale is too big for the UI as well and that it could be made smaller to make the game more immersive
