[Suggestion] Nudging Building + Holo locking

It's hard to describe but basically the exact system that Satisfactory has. You can lock a hologram and nudge it around by small increments and have the ability to walk around to make sure your building is exactly where you want it. It removes the guesswork with building when you want stuff to be perfect.
