[Suggestion] Building placement direction indicator

I'd love a way to tell the direction of what you're putting down so you can position it the right way. For example: for the wood foundation I wanted to make sure the wood pattern was all facing the same direction, but it was impossible to see what position it was facing until I actually put it down. This could be a very transparent version of what that item is so it's easier to see what way it's facing as you rotate it.
