Idea 1: NPC Cross-Skill Projects

NPCs could propose the player to joint projects where you combine your skill tree with theirs.
Examples:

- Build a community greenhouse for a NPC that has skills in gardening and tending to crops
- Automate a bakery (Ricardo?)
- Restore an abandoned observatory for a NPC that likes astrology or space, I don't know, I'm just spilling out ideas)

These projects could improve relationships between the player and the PC while also providing some kind of gameplay attached to it, and of course, give the world more life.

Idea 2: NPC Routine Influence and creating a community (optional)

You could hire and they would have different behavior and personalities, NPCs change behavior based on your home, the work space you provide them and completed buildings.

Examples:

- If you build a biodome, and hire a botanist, you could get something out of it, passively
- You can create your own shops, hire employes and connect your shops with your farms and factories.
