Ability to remove terrain plants or bushes so they don't poke through foundation

While we can currently remove trees, we can't remove bushes or shrub. This means it's hard to find a spot where the plants don't poke through the floor of the foundation. It would be nice to have a scyth or some tool that would allow us to remove bushes/ferns.
