Allow the creation of more than one water bottle

This is a big deal for players who may not be ready to automate sprinklers on their farm. Having a single water bottle is a big detriment to the manual farming process. This is especially important for building anywhere other than directly next to a fresh water source, as the player needs to run back and forth often to water crops.

Originally we thought you couldn't build any new bottles. But after dying and losing my original bottle, I was able to create a replacement. After that, I'm unable to create another and get an audible warning beep noise.
