Climbing mountains like Skyrim

I don't know if this is a feature or not but I am able to spam the space key to climb just about any terrain.

I was able to climb almost straight up rocks by just spamming jump

Depending on the rock type you can wedge yourself while moving forward to then jump repeatedly and get access to areas you shouldn't be able to without building to it.
