Allow scroll through items in toolbelt with mouse scroll wheel.
By default only option to place items in hand from tool belt is by number keys. Please add scrolling through toolbelt using mouse scroll wheel. I know the quick tool wheel option with "T" is available, but not helpful for all situations.

Adding a feature to use the mouse scroll wheel to navigate through the toolbar without the need of always having to press the key binds for each toolbelt slot. -

Martin MergedMake the toolbar scrollable by mousewheel and not instantly use a consumeable but having to for example left click to use. This make the toolbar more versatile and not so keybound heavy, or make both options possible in the systemsettings.
